about being still

Being still and letting the Lord fight for you is easier said than done. Even being still is difficult for most people. It takes enormous courage to let the Lord has His way in your life. We want so desperately to run our life our way. In many cases we must be the warriors but sometimes the Lord is the warrior. God requires each of us to use discernment as to whether we should be still or make war against the enemy. When Christ came to earth, Christ showed each of us that surrendering to the Lord's will is not easy, but that surrendering can lead each of us to eternal life.
